Verifick Extreme focuses on AI-generated text and paraphrase detection, priced per document (200–20,000 words). Verifick Plagi Check focuses on plagiarism against the open web, priced by word count (50–25,000 words per document, sold in word packages). Both produce a branded, sentence-level PDF report.
Open-web coverage only. We scan publicly indexed, freely accessible content on the live web. We do not access institutional repositories, subscription journals, paywalled archives, private databases, or unpublished student libraries. Treat the report as an open-web similarity indicator, not a cross-institutional guarantee — material that is not widely visible on the open internet may be missed, and results may differ from enterprise-focused platforms such as Turnitin. Always review the sentence-level matched passages, not just the percentage.
Verifick Extreme costs ৳255 per report, and you can buy any quantity. If your institution checks documents in volume, you can request a bulk quote. Verifick Plagi Check is sold in word packages: ৳356 for 5,000 words, ৳611 for 10,000 words, ৳866 for 15,000 words, and ৳1,324 for 25,000 words. The total you pay is shown before you submit. Institutional / bulk word packages for Verifick Plagi Check are also available at a flat ৳0.06 per word, in slabs of 50,000, 100,000, 200,000, 500,000, and 1,000,000 words, valid for 365 days (1 year) from approval instead of the usual 30. Yes. Credits (Verifick Extreme) and word balances (Verifick Plagi Check) expire 30 days after they are added to your account — whether from your signup bonus, a top-up, or an admin adjustment — unless we have set a different date for your account. The exact expiry date of each balance is shown in your dashboard.
Payment is handled through mobile financial services. Choose your quantity or package, send the total from your mobile payment app using Send Money to our personal number, then enter the number you paid from and the TRX ID from the payment and submit. Our team checks the payment and approves it, and your credits or words are added to your wallet — you'll see the status update live on the same page, no refresh needed.
Verifick Extreme accepts PDF, DOC, and DOCX (up to 10 files per upload, 10 MB each). Verifick Plagi Check accepts PDF, DOCX, TXT files and scanned images (read via OCR), up to 10 MB. Older .doc files can't be read by Plagi Check — please save them as DOCX first. Both products work on English-language documents.
Body text, text inside tables and text inside Word text boxes are all counted and checked. Headers, footers and footnotes are not, and neither is text that is only a picture (unless you upload the page itself as an image to Plagi Check). Each merged table cell is counted once.
No. The trailing section that starts at a heading such as References, Bibliography or Works Cited is detected automatically and excluded from word-count validation, pricing and the check itself. Anything after that heading (for example an appendix) is excluded too.
No. Every Verifick report is built to support human review, not replace it. A score is a signal — not proof of misconduct — and should always be reviewed in context before any decision is made.
Your document is processed solely to generate your report. See our Privacy Policy for exactly which third parties are involved in generating a report and why.
Yes. If it hasn't finished processing (or the check failed), deleting it refunds the credit or words it cost — you didn't get a report, so you don't pay for it. Once a report has been generated and delivered, deleting it no longer refunds the cost.
For 48 hours after the report is ready. After that, the uploaded document and the report file are deleted automatically — the page shows a countdown in hours — so please download your report in time. Your list keeps a small record (unique ID, file name, score and dates) after the files are gone.
No. Accounts need a permanent email address; temporary and disposable email services are not accepted, whether you sign up with a password or with Google.
We block an email address when the Terms of Service have been violated. A blocked address can't sign in or sign up again. If you believe this is a mistake, please reach out through our Contact page.
Every announcement email we send ends with an Unsubscribe link (your mail app may also show its own Unsubscribe button). Click it, confirm, and your address is removed from the Verifick mailing list straight away. Your account is not affected, and important account emails such as payment receipts will still be sent.
